OpenRiskNet

Details
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
We are coordinating the EU e-infrastructure project OpenRiskNet: Open e-Infrastructure to Support Data Sharing, Knowledge Integration and in silico Analysis and Modelling in Safety Assessment.
It combines existing data sources and analysis, modelling and visualization services and provides them in a harmonized way to a variety of communities requiring chemical risk assessment, including chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, therapeutic agents, and nanomaterials.
We are defining general schemata for application programming interfaces and to build a container centric IT infrastructure for the project. On the scientific side, we are defining case studies with Medizinische Universität Innsbruck on which the infrastructure will be tested.
